Shaun Chiodo has been an active member of the beauty industry since 2008. After graduating from Paul Mitchell The School Michigan in 2009, he joined the school as a team member and quickly rose to the position of Executive Director of Paul Mitchell The School Michigan, Paul Mitchell The School Great Lakes, Paul Mitchell The School Fort Myers, and Paul Mitchell The School Farmington Hills. In 2015, Shaun was also named COO of three Paul Mitchell The Salons. In 2021, Shaun became a partner in the Great Lakes and Fort Myers schools. Shaun is a John Maxwell Certified Coach and a Certified DISC Personality Trainer and Consultant. He serves on the Business and Education Committee of the Blue Water Chamber of Commerce and he is the national leader of the Paul Mitchell Schools’ Be Nice (Or Else!) Team, a student-run program that has become an integral part of the culture in all 100-plus Paul Mitchell Schools.
