So, before we dive into this one, lets set the stage. In the aftermath of the chaotic year of 2020, We started to see a lot of residual impacts and new buzz words coming out  regenerative farming  sustainable agriculture  factory farming is bad. orgranic grown is the way to go. What does cage free even mean? we also saw a revived movement in supporting local farms and businesses.    Here’s the thing, I know enough to know that these topics are important- land conservation and soil and water quality, not to mention the foods that most of us consume.
