Sermon Updated 2021. In reading articles this year on Christmas and the December 25 date, I ran across one interesting article that highlighted the writings of Hippolytus, and the use of the Greek word genesis in ancient literature. I decided I would have the author on to talk about it, and the result was a great conversation with scholar Dr. Thomas Schmidt.
