Today: "It's called Vision Zero, but we're not at Zero": that was a statement made by a professor at the University of Toronto in reaction to Toronto's deadly road conditions. So far this year, the city has seen 42 traffic fatalities. So, how effective is Vision Zero really? It's a program that cost the City $200 million between 2017 and 2021 and has another $64 million set aside for 2022?
