It's been a couple days after the Australian Budget, and some groups have lucked out after the big day. Between tax cuts, the energy rebate and the financial boost for renewable energy manufacturing businesses, some feel that the Government has 'splashed the cash'.  Australian correspondent Murray Olds says the Opposition will still have other aspects of the Budget to pick apart.
