I Have To Be Perfect Because I'm Not Good Enough If I'm not perfect I'm a failure Really???? Just a 5-minute dive into perfectionism, yes another 'ism' And I hear this so much in both my hypnotherapy clients and coaching clients "If I'm perfect I will not be judged" or "If I'm perfect in what I do I will not be a failure" - "I'M NOT GOOD ENOUGH" A couple of things we'll talk about in this five minute muse: Nothing, yes nothing,  can ever be perfect, and striving for it only leads to feeling a failure and the anxiety of thinking you are being judged.
