The Cleveland Browns have hired Andy Dickerson to be their new offensive line coach. Dickerson comes from Seattle to the land to replace Bill Callahan. The shoes to fill are big but Dickerson did a solid job in his time with the Seahawks.Pete Smith joins to chat on all the new coaching hires as their has been an obvious sign that the Browns are looking to improve their offense.
