We were blessed to have "Rush Limbaugh" as a regular on our show and when John paid tribute to him after his passing, the radio legend couldn't help but to call in from the afterlife. John gives him a cigar for his thoughts on what heaven is like and Rush lists off a slew of celebrities he's run in to and it's more than he could have ever dreamed of!
