Word Channel

Like a jeweler displaying his jewels on dark fabric, so Jesus used his impending - though temporal - doom and gloom as a back drop to display precious promises to His followers who would need such encouragement in a few hours. May this attitude and practice be ours, enabling us to encourage others in the midst of our own possible discouragement.
