Magnificent Life

"When a sinful woman from that town learned that Jesus was dining there, she brought an alabaster jar of perfume." Luke 7:37 In the depths of my being lies an alabaster box filled with the essence of my gratitude and adoration, akin to the precious ointment Mary lavished upon Jesus' feet. "Then Mary took a pound of spikenard ointment, which was very costly, and anointed the feet of Jesus..." (John 12:3). This act symbolizes the depth of our worship when we pour out our own alabaster box onto Jesus, breaking open our hearts in surrender. Imagine if your life were an alabaster box; within it are your experiences, dreams, sorrows, and joys—the fragrance of your existence. The moment you choose to share this fragrance with Jesus is reminiscent of Mary's devotion. "For we are to God the pleasing aroma of Christ…" (2 Corinthians 2:15). Song of Solomon 1:3 says, "The fragrance of your perfume is pleasing; your name is like perfume poured out. No wonder the maidens adore
