Small Town Murder

This week, in Hana, Hawaii, a set of identical twin sisters have an odd & checkered past, filled with success, failure, arrests & fighting with each other. They end up in Hawaii, for a fresh start, but their fighting leads to a horrible scene, with a car, plunging off a cliffside. Was it an accident, caused by fighting?
