Turning Hard Times Into Good Times

The Rev. Larry Beane II, Jeff Deist and Michael Oliver are this week’s guests. Hedonism is defined as “the ethical theory that pleasure -in the sense of the satisfaction of desires- is the highest good and proper aim of human life.” Deist who recently wrote an article titled “Economic Hedonism--How Congress and the Fed Mortgage the Future” will explain how America like the Israelites of the Prophet Samuel’s days, is relinquishing personal liberty to realize personal and national genius in exchange for security and hedonistic pleasure. Rev. Beane will help connect the dots between the demise of our Judeo-Christian heritage and the growing spiritual and material enslavement of the West. But as all three of our guests will point out, there is reason for hope.
