In the meantime, construction of a new Silk Road linking China, India and Russia all the way to Eastern Europe is part of a growing picture of economic strength from rivals of NATO, which are threatening U.S. dollar reserve currency status. And now a strategic partner, the Philippines, is cutting ties to the U.S. and aligning with China, further weakening the U.S. presence in Asia. NATO is countering this threat by surrounding Russia with troops sending the world closer to a nuclear war. Can military might alone save the dollar? We will ask David to opine on that and what the outcome might mean for gold and other markets. Oliver will comment on technical market indicators and Peter will tell us about Klondike Gold's quest to find the mother lode source for placer gold in the Klondike.
