Our Founding Fathers would rejoice if they were aware of our dysfunctional government because an emasculated government is exactly what they designed. They knew from history that the best government is the least government. They designed the government so that as it grew as well as the in-fighting for control, eventually the entire horrid machine would grind to a halt.
