Skoda Ireland and Certa have today launched a new joint campaign aimed at encouraging owners and would-be buyers of new diesel cars to use HVO biofuel to lower their motoring carbon emissions by up to 90%.   Speaking to Jonathan this morning to explain more about their campaign was John Donegan is Brand Director at Škoda Ireland.
