Court Appointed

On this episode of Court Appointed Mike and Tommy discuss the current lawsuit by CNN on behalf of their banned news reporter.  They claim First and Fifth Amendment protection.  But are they entitled to this ??  What is the proper course of action ??  As in "Full House", exactly, "How Rude !!", are you allowed to be ??  The Court is now in Session with music, "Doctor, Lawyer, Indian Chief" by MCRB.
