In those moments that don’t line up with the Reality of Jesus, we can return to a rumination on The Truth. There is a Greater Reality than what we’ve often perceived or walked in. When we know there is a greater reality, we can rest in that, and our minds begin to get renewed to that, and the more we are awakened to that objective reality, the more the subjective reality begins to be transformed like Play-Doh around it. It’s as easy as any moment realizing it’s true, all by the power of the Holy Spirit. You’re not a victim or stuck to any subjective reality at any moment. When you’re staring at Jesus instead of yourself, no issues can remain. All that can remain is what Jesus is experiencing, feeling, tasting, what He knows to be true. “Objective v Subjective” is how you explain contradictions in your personal life experience and how you get out of them and it’s how you explain seeming contradictions in scriptures and how you process through them to find a healthy way.
