Edwin Chandler was 21 years old when he was incarcerated for Manslaughter, after being charged with Murder and Robbery (that was not a typo). He served almost 10 years of that sentence before being paroled and eventually with the assistance of the Kentucky Innocence project was able to be exonerated. This is Edwin's story...
