CHICAGO, IL — My guest today is Elliott Clark, Founder of Apartment Bartender (@apartment_bartender).  In August 2018, I slid into Elliott's DMs after finding myself captivated by his content on IG. What started as a preliminary conversation to see if he was interested in me doing a profile on him became the foundation of a lifelong friendship between us.  Over the next two years, Clark unpacked his life story, and I got an in-depth glimpse into the man behind the feed.
