We begin a new sermon series through the Gospel According to Mark. In this first message, Pastor Frank Bennett shares background information on the author and the book. We then see the ministry of John the Baptist as he paves the way for Jesus by preparing the hearts of the people to receive the message of a new kingdom. Like John calling people out to the wilderness for baptism, God calls us out to our wilderness to experience Him.
