This week, in Joppatowne, Maryland, a college student begins to display some very strange, and concerning behavior, violently attacking a fellow student, and making some of the weirdest social media posts, ever. This escalates quickly, and before you know it, someone is dead. Not only dead, but dismembered, and partially eaten.
