Food security is a growing threat. In Israel we are experiencing it even now, particularly during the war with difficulties in supplying fruits, vegetables and milk, many of which originate from the south. To this acute global problem, quite a few foodtech companies are trying to provide a solution. The Israeli Imagendieri startup actually came to solve the milk issue. The company has developed a technology for the production of cultured milk proteins that enables the commercial production of milk of non-animal origin, and making it a daily reality. This milk brings all the nutritional values of normal milk, under laboratory conditions, without the need for a cow and at a price similar to normal milk.
