When Professor Danny Chaimovitz published his groundbreaking book “What a Plants Knows” a decade ago when he was a professor of plant biology - before he was the President of Ben Gurion University of the Negev - he was pretty confident it would be updated as science and research evolved. Now, he’s published the second edition of his book, in Hebrew, to update it on What plants hear because today research shows that plants do hear and respond to sound just like they respond to touch and taste.
