Thirty years of the Oslo accords and it is not dead and continues to shape the reality in the territories. This, according to Dr. Ronnie Shaked, an expert on the Palestinians from the Truman Research Institute for the Advancement of Peace at Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He told reporter Arieh O’Sullivan that Oslo was irreversible and that there was a de-facto Palestinian state which Israel needed to make sure functioned and even allow it to be strengthened in order to suppress terrorism.
