Continuing the series (and thanks for the great feedback!) with three "ways to wellbeing" in one episode: Take a bath, Stroke an animal and Cook or bake (with a suggested recipe!) See, nothing difficult and a nice mixture of practical and psychological, with everything tried and tested - including by me! I had at least three baths, stroked some horses in a field I walk past every day and made two batches of marmalade and some hot (very hot) chilli jam.
