The security cabinet has delayed implementing  relief measures for the Palestinian Authority, among them permission to build an industrial zone in Tarkumiya, easing procedures at the Allenby Bridge crossing and transferring half a  billion shekels in withheld tax funds to the PA.   Finance Minister Smotrich and National Security Minister Ben Gvir expressed their outrage at giving relief measures at the current juncture.PM  Netanyahu responded by saying that it was imperative to stabilize the Palestinian Authority.
