Before founding her own company she worked at Vogue for 14 years as assistant to Editor-in-Chief Anna Wintour and later as the director of special projects, producing the annual Costume Institute Met Gala. As a mom scrolling through various sites to find clothes, toys, and furniture for her kids, Sylvana realized that there was a need for a curated marketplace for parents.
