Pre-recorded content is the lifeblood of effective online programs. This is where the teaching truly happens, because it's the fastest way to efficiently educate and inspire. Pre-recorded content inside your programs breaks down the material so your students can understand it and implement it in their own practice. When it comes to pre-recorded content, we are likely going to create a fair amount of material.
