We look at our business through a certain lens that defines it's going to bring in this amount of money, it's going to take this amount of work, it's going to bring us this amount of joy, it's going to cost this much energy, it's going to do this or it's going to do this. And by putting all these things together, we create a vision for what our business does. Now, when we want to uplevel we have to push that vision… we have to say “Okay, instead of my business making $100 an hour, my business is going to make $150 an hour!” And then we have to explore how that feels and begin to own it.
