Internal Motivation This is probably one of the hardest things for us to do… motivate ourselves internally without an external force. Some ways to be internally motivated are to provide yourself with your own rewards. Such as… if I complete this then I get to do this if I do this, then I am going to buy myself that Internal motivation is when you provide the shiny object for yourself.  We have to want it, whatever that thing is, it really just has to be important
