The coalition is pushing ahead with its controversial judicial overhaul despite Tuesday's nationwide Day of Disruption by opponents  who claim the move will undermine Israeli democracy. The Knesset Constitution, Law and Justice Committee convened on Wednesday to continue  preparing the grounds of reasonability bill for its second and third readings in the Knesset plenum.  Mordechai Kremnitzer is a Senior Fellow at the Israel Democracy Institute  and a Professor of Law Emeritus at Jerusalem’s Hebrew University.
