The Nazareth district court has agreed to the early release for rapist and sex offender Alon Kastiel, who will leave prison 7 months before the end of his term, despite objections from state prosecutors and by his victims.  Kastiel is being released on the condition that he stays outside of Tel Aviv — the city where he committed his crimes and where some of his victims still live or work.  KAN's Mark Weiss spoke with Miriam Schler, executive director of the Tel Aviv Sexual Assault Crisis  Center.
