During the three-day Operation Breaking Dawn against the Islamic Jihad in the Gaza Strip, access to the periphery was blocked and precautions were made to keep soldiers, civilians and material out of the line of sight and be targeted by the terrorists.The KKL, or Jewish National Fund has embarked on a project to plant security forests along the frontier to not only block the sight of the enemy but also to provide shade and even protection to the people there.
