I read a story about a young boy who was consistently underperforming in school and had gained the nickname "dullard" due to his dullness. However, his parents decided to get him a computer with interactive programs. As time passed, his teachers noticed a significant improvement in his academic performance and decided to inquire about the change. The boy explained that he now had a computer at home that referred to him as intelligent. Can you believe it? In school, he was constantly labeled as a dullard and stupid, which limited his abilities. But when he started embracing a more positive identity, his performance soared.
