Hezbollah fighters have erected an outpost inside Israeli territory on Mount Dov and Israel has sought a diplomatic solution to the development.  But the IDF spokesman has warned that it would take action if the post was not removed.  KAN English asked reserve Lt.-Col. Sarit Zehavi, a former intelligence officer and today CEO and founder of Alma research and education center, how unusual the Hezbollah move was. She told KAN English news that this was the latest in a series of tests Hezbollah was conducting along the Lebanon border and that they were more willing to take higher risks than in the past.
