What’s the big deal about a little lie? A little lie never hurt anybody. Ephesians 6 describes a spiritual battle between the spiritual powers of evil and the people of God. The first weapon that the enemy wields against us that we must guard ourselves against is the weapon of deception. According to the Bible, lies are a huge deal and can even be deadly. If we’re going to resist the deceptive schemes of the enemy, we must begin with clothing ourselves in the truth.
