The police together with the Israel Security Agency  Shin Bet have arrested 2 residents of the Negev suspected of stealing 26,000 bullets from the Tse’elim army base. All the bullets were recovered.    The theft was  discovered when  a hole in the fence was spotted  during a routine patrol of the base’s perimeter fence.    The right-wing NGO Regavim, which describes itself as a “a public movement dedicated to the protection of Israel’s national lands and resources,” described the incident as the latest example of “Bedouistan.” Regavim's International Director, Naomi Kahn, spoke about the incident with KAN's Mark Weiss.
