The High Court has yet again delayed a decision on evacuating the Bedouin encampment of Khan Al Ahmar. On Monday  morning the court heard arguments in yet another round of the  petition by the right-wing NGO Regavim demanding implementation of demolition orders issued by the state in 2009 to evacuate the illegal Bedouin outpost on Route 1 east of Jerusalem, in an area of the West Bank under full Israeli jurisdiction.
