In this episode, Ladey Adey talks with Dr Catherine A Baudino.Baudino & Co is headed up by Founder and Principal, Catherine Baudino with broad international expertise, in various industries and many languages. Dr Catherine’s career started in Academia (Comparative Literature). She then moved on to the Commercial and Corporate world where she broke the glass ceiling in 1987 (at a salary of £75,000 a year–the equivalent of £220,000 today). From there, she combined her academic and corporate experience as a coach and mentor.
