Chris Ballard and the Indianapolis Colts could not be more different than the days of the previous regime. For some fans it's too drastic of a flip in philosophy. For others, preaching patience to an eager fanbase becomes a common retort to those on the other side of the fence. `Once again, the Colts have largely been quiet in the early stages of free agency. They've re-signed Chris Milton, signed Pierre Desir to a 3-year deal, and though it hasn't been officialized by the team to this point, they have reportedly agreed to terms with WR Devin Funchess.  Meanwhile, there are a few teams who have scooped up a litany of available talent in the first official 24 hours of free agency. The Packers, Jets, Bills, Titans, and Raiders have all been quite active thus far. As a result, most of those players many theorized would land in Indy have signed elsewhere.  There is absolutely a healthy second tier of available free agents that the Colts could bring in some great additions to make their roster better overall, so p
