Our black history celebration continues as we are reminded by both Mississippi and Alabama why Black history is necessary and Critical Race Theory is more than a theory. Mississippi is taking local control of courts and capitol police from the blackest city in America, Jackson; Tuscaloosa Alabama doesn’t want their students learning anything about black history before 1970. Wonder why that is? The NBA trade deadline shook up the league, but more importantly Lebron James has claimed the all-time scoring leadership from Kareem Abdul Jabbar. Pat Mahomes said, “Tapping out?
