This week, on The Conscious Consultant Hour, Sam welcomes Editor, Publisher, and Author, Jeff Cox. While in college, Jeff Cox was guided to the teachings of Paul Brunton. In the early 70’s, he moved to the area around Ithaca, New York, where he and many other students studied with Anthony Damiani who was a close student of Brunton’s. Guided by Anthony’s inspiration, Jeff helped to build Wisdom’s Goldenrod, a center for spiritual study, and lived there for five years as a resident “monk.” Later, as a devotee of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Jeff was instrumental in establishing Snow Lion Publications as the major publisher of Tibetan Buddhism. After nearly thirty years, he retired as president/co-owner in 2012. Since then he became a board member of the Paul Brunton Philosophic Foundation, which is the principle guardian of Brunton’s literary legacy. His publishing background has been put to use in editing and publication of Brunton’s unpublished writing—the latest effort is the recently released Instruction
