She founded Pipeline Equity, an SaaS platform that provides companies with augmented decision tools to determine if decisions will result in equitable outcomes before they are made. Katica says that all decisions need to be made with a gender lens because it benefits everyone, increasing entire economies, peace and prosperity throughout the world.
