Luis Alvarez is President and CEO of Alvarez Technology Group, an IT managed services provider in Salinas, California. In less than a decade, Luis Alvarez has grown Alvarez Technology Group, Inc. (ATG) from a small two-person consultancy to the premier information technology (IT) solutions provider on the California Central Coast, delivering IT services to more than 200 companies throughout the state. Luis is an active member of the Salinas community, serving on multiple non-profit boards and encouraging his employees to engage with the community in areas they are passionate about.

Rex Frank is President of Sea-Level Operations. He founded the company in 2010 with the core purpose to “Coach IT Managed Service Providers on achieving operational excellence.” In March of 2004, Rex was an inaugural member of the True Profits! Service Executive peer group where he learned to be accountable for service financial metrics, documenting and implementing Managed Services best practices policy and procedure and how to focus his time working “ON” Service Delivery rather than “IN” Service Delivery.

Welcome to our new podcast! We learned a lot with the No Bad Bosses Podcast and decided we wanted to continue talking to people, learning, and engaging with our audience. The Manage 2 Win Podcast will follow the same interview format as our previous podcast. However, we will be opening up our theme and focus to allow for a wider variety of guests and topics.
