We pick up at verse 9 in Revelation chapter 1. We start with John giving us this vision he has of Christ. There is often some misinterpretations surrounding this text especially verses 13-15. With these taken out of context, it is easy to see how one could twist them...but we explore the greater context and provide a simple way to understand what John is telling us here. Moving past the vision of Jesus we come to the beginning of Chapter 2 and start by looking at the letter to the Church at Ephesus then Smyrna.
