As the the founder of the International Festival on Fayetteville Street and owner of Petal Flower Shop , she made Raleigh her home.Patrick Shanahan is a writer/director. A native of Raleigh, Patrick has witnessed the immeasurable growth of his hometown since he was a child. He also co-owns Watts & Ward, a local pub in Raleigh with his business partner, Niall Hanley.  Niall immigrated from Ireland to Raleigh about 25 years ago.
