Steve and Dave interview A conversation about the principle of generosity.

Gary Blair: First fruits God has done such incredible things in our community over the last 12 months, in this vision series, we want to celebrate what He has done and speak about where He is taking us, how He has provided for us in seasons past and how we are trusting Him to continue to provide personally and corporately as we seek His kingdom first. The bible has so much to say about firsts. Abraham gave 10 percent out of his first victory, the Israelites were called to dedicate their firstborn sons, their first born livestock, and they gave the firstfruits of every harvest. In this week, we want to call our people back to the principle of giving your first and seeking first the advancement of the kingdom of God. Not just because we should, but because of the amazing promises attached to that lifestyle and because of what would be possible in this city if we all brought our firsts to God.

Paul Taylor and Dave Gould: First Fruits The bible has so much to say about firsts. Abraham gave of his first tenth (the tithe), the Israelites were called to dedicate their firstborn sons and animals, they gave their firstfruits. In this week, we want to call our people back to the principle of giving your first and seeking first the advancement of the kingdom of God. At the end, we should envision people with what would be possible if we all brought our firsts to God, referring back to the opening week.

Ross Rodger & Sarah Mckenzie: Vision week This week we are looking to celebrate what God has already done in our site, remembering moments of great generosity and faithfulness. We want people to be stirred in their faith by what has happened before we envision them to the next season. This sets us up to paint a picture of where we are going before wrapping up with asking for what we need to get there.

Natalie Naude: Mother's Day This Sunday we got to celebrate our Moms, Mama’s, Gogos, Aunt’s, Spiritual Mothers and all those who we see as Moms in the different spaces that we find ourselves in. 

Paul Taylor: Vision This week we are looking to celebrate what God has already done in our site, remembering moments of great generosity and faithfulness. We want people to be stirred in their faith by what has happened before we envision them to the next season. Few executions have ever been as closely watched or as highly secure, yet days later the body can’t be found and people are claiming the condemned man is still alive! Who messed up? How did it happen? Is there any credibility to those claiming Jesus rose from the dead, and if it is actually true, what on earth might that mean?

Gary Blair: Prayer and fasting and How God comes through If you’ve ever tried fasting and praying, you would have realized that it isn’t that easy! The question people often ask is what’s the point! This week we are going to look at how God has and continues to Break through internally and externally when His people fast and pray for big and small problems that only God can fix. 

Gavin Rich: Hiding in plain sight Our first piece of reporting on the Easter story starts with the people who chose to make it happen. The legal and religious groups who arrested Jesus of Nazareth, put him on trial, and ultimately decided he needed to be executed. What drove their decision? What threat did he pose? And did any of the chief priests or pharisees secretly regret the decision they made - or even believe his claims? We lift the lid on some of the most important and most misunderstood people in the story.
