We discuss things like why a 4th film was made, the merits of the film, a weak arc of a certain space ranger, and we say so long to a sheriff that’s been in our lives for 24 years, and will always be in our hearts.

This week, two of your three favorite millennials are here to discuss the miniseries, or more recently retitled by The Emmys as "the limited series" Angels and Demons and the End of the World, nuclear disasters, British period pieces, and 5 extremely talented actresses in Monterey, we dive into why we the modern miniseries and talk about some of our favorites from the past and present!

This week, with the release of Booksmart - the latest in a great, long line of coming-of-age films - two of your three favorite millennials nostalgically look back on their own time coming of age watching coming of age films and why they resonate for literally all of human history.

Your three favorite millennials are here with a very special guest to review POKÉMON: DETECTIVE PIKACHU and discuss why Pokémon has been so successful for over 20 years. We talk about our love for the franchise as well as go into some of the history of how Pokémon came to be!

Plus, hear Willoughby talk about Netflix’s Someone Great and the film’s use of music and flashbacks, Anya got to see Ralph Fiennes in person at a screening of his new film The White Crow, and HT has been covering the Tribeca Film Festival and really liked House of Hummingbird!

Your three favorite millennials are joined by two special guests to discuss the final season of Game of Thrones. “But i thought you guys didn’t watch it anymore?” you may be asking, and you’re correct. It’s the final season, one of the last television monocultural series to still be airing so we thought we’d bring on two people who still do to and have a roundtable discussion about GoT’s issues, why we loved the show in the first place, and why even though we’re not watching, we’re rooting for the Starks from afar.

We break down our favo(u)rite’s to win, as well as the controversies surrounding a few of the Best Picture-nominated films. We then get into a discussion of changes (and reversals) that the Academy has been trying to pull off to bring in the ratings.

This week two of your three favorite millennials are here to discuss Star Trek Discovery! Anya and Willoughby talk about what they love about the show, why it reminds of them of old Star Trek, and consider the hopeful optimism of humanity in the face of adversity.

Your three favorite millennials discuss Kingdom Hearts!! Hear from HT and Anya explain at length their love for the series, their favorite characters, what they love most about the game’s complicated story of friendship and good vs evil! And Willoughby is there too (he hasn’t played most of the games)! Your three favorite millennials are here at the end of January to give you a review about not one, but two documentaries on the infamous Fyre Festival in 2017, Hulu’s FYRE FRAUD and Netflix’s FYRE. We examine what each documentary did in telling the story of Fyre Festival, including some ethically dubious behind-the-scenes issues, as well giving our own takes whether these documentaries were well-made or not.
