She is talking about the Yellowstone National Park proposal for revising the Park's plan for "managing" the last wild herd of Bison in the United States. There are three proposals, the best would allow bison populations to increase to up to 7,000, but as she points out, that's still not good enough. Yellowstone is currently taking comments on the different plans before they choose one. In the interview, she says that the deadline for comments is September 25, 2023.
