Laura House was just a comedian until meditation changed her life. Now she's teaching it. This podcast is for anyone interested in meditation, but doesn't think it's for them. Or really into it and wants to hear a new, light take. Each episode has a quick chat about how meditation makes everything better, blabbety blah & there's a meditation at the end. You can join in, even if you've never meditated before.
